What Happened to Me? - NEW DATE

Join us for our monthly community event! 

This month is for people who've given birth (and/or birth partners), and experience trauma during their pregnancy, labor, birth, or postpartum.  We will come together and learn from our guest speaker, Suzanne Swanson, PhD, as she discusses processing the trauma and beginning to move forward from it. 

Suzanne worked for over 40 years as a psychotherapist specializing in pregnancy, birth and postpartum.  She was a founder and director of Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Minnesota, and the Minnesota co-ordinator for Postpartum Support International.  She sat on the board of PATTCh (Prevention and Treatment of Trauma in Childbirth). Suzanne has given many webinars and presentations on various aspects of perinatal trauma.  She currently offers private individualized classes for families who have experienced perinatal trauma - check out her website: Mothers Matter MN.  She is a mother of three and a grandmother of two.

All event fees go 100% to our guest speaker for her work. 

After the event, stay and mingle with families in a similiar life stage.  We'll provide the coffee and snacks!
