I'm craving sushi!
Pregnancy drums up a lot of cravings, come and learn about the list of foods your provider handed you and said "don't eat these." Make an informed choice on popular favorites like: deli meat, soft cheese, runny eggs, store prepped foods, sushi and fish. Your lunch plans after might excite you!

About the event
Join us for our monthly community event! This month, Tabitha, our teams prenatal nutrition coach will be talking through that list of "do not eat" items your provider gave you. Providers tend to err on the side of extreme caution when it comes to these items without providing any context, but what if you knew more and could make a truly informed choice? For example, if you don't eat fish EXCEPT when you get sushi what is the risk of you not having fish for your entire pregnancy?
We will walk through the items through exploring:
1. What is the magnitude of the risk and can I reduce the risks?
2. What are the potential benefits?
3. Potential risks of not eating the food at all?
After the event, stay and mingle with families in a similiar life stage. We'll provide the coffee and snacks!
